About
Founder
Lynsey Register
Lynsey has spent the past 16 years working in the global private equity industry. Her experience provides a rare “dual perspective” and ability to understand and communicate both the LP and the GP point of view. She is also able to leverage an extensive network of global investors and private equity firms.
She spent the past nine years in Investor Relations and Fundraising. Her experience encompasses establishing core competencies for Investor Relations function and upgrading the LP experience, including an overhaul of LP reporting, annual investor meetings and advisory board interactions, website development and refreshing the brand. She has also been centrally involved in fundraising processes which have generated more than €10 billion in commitments from wide range of LPs.
Prior to this, Lynsey spent seven years as an LP, committing capital in primary commitments and co-investments in Europe, the US and Emerging Markets. She has experience of several types of LP organisations, understanding first hand the dynamics of a pension fund, insurance company, family office and fund of fund investing. She represented these institutions throughout the commitment process, through LPA negotiation and on a number of advisory boards.
Lynsey started her career at KPMG where she first qualified as a Chartered Accountant, then moving into the Strategic Commercial Intelligence division where she worked on behalf of clients on a range of strategic and commercial due diligence projects.
In her spare time is a keen showjumper, with horses she is targeting at national competitions.
